- Alguaste Izalco
- Spicy chili

Preparation
Dilute Two tablespoons of Atol Shuco Izalco per cup of water, strain and bring to cooking, move with a spoon until humid, and simmer. Serve hot Atol Shuco with cooked beans, pepper and a few drops of Alguaste to taste, serve with French bread.
