To prepare this delicious oriental style food of Salvadoren lands, the recipe is the following:
Ingredients
- 1 pack of chao mein Mi Siembra
- 1 big onion cut in pieces
- 1 green chili in pieces
- 1 carrot cut in pieces
- 1 cup of soy
- 1 güisquil in pieces
- 1 cup of broccoli cut into little pieces (optional)
- 1 cup of green beans (optional)
- 1 pound of chicken
- 2 apios (2 branches) cut
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
Preparation
In a pot with water, add crushed garlic and then the chicken until well cooked. Add salt .
When cooked. In the pot reserve ½ of the remaining water and add the chow mein until well cooked . Afterwards drain it and cool it with cold water.
In a separate pan with a teaspoon of oil, saute the vegetables, celery, chili and onion until well cooked. Then add the cup of chicken broth and simmer for three minutes. Then add chicken and chow mein, soy sauce and broth and mix until all flavors are incorporated. Leave for about three minutes off the fire. And ready .
